J'ai pris cette huile surtout pour me détendre au quotidien. Pour moi je n'ai pas ressenti de résultats tout de suite à la première application mais au bout de 3 jours j'ai ressenti une nette différence par rapport à avant. Je reste aujourd'hui concentrée plus facilement, je m'irrite moins pour les petits tracas car je me sens plus détendue et comme ça a joué sur mon sommeil, je suis aussi plus en forme !
