Sleep Infusion 40 gr:
• Hot infusion: Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons in 250 ml of hot water at 85–90°C (185–195°F), for 5 to 10 minutes, avoiding boiling to preserve the delicate aromas of the plants.
• Iced infusion: Infuse 4 teaspoons in a liter of cold water for 15 minutes. Let it infuse, filter and place in the refrigerator.

To personalize your infusion, feel free to adjust the amount of herbal blend depending on the intensity of taste you desire.

5% CBD Sleep Oil 5mL:
• Shake the bottle before each use to mix the ingredients well.
• Place 2 to 3 drops under the tongue using the pipette.
• Hold under the tongue for 30 to 60 seconds before swallowing for better absorption.
• Recommended use: up to 3 times a day, as needed.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, except on medical advice.
